FAQ's
Do you come into my home to groom my dog?
Everything is done right in the van. The van is a self-contained grooming salon on wheels. So let us keep the hair!!!!!
Do you use my electricity?
Yes, we prefer to plug in; but not to worry we have a generator just in case there is no outside source of electricity.
Do you use my water?
No, we prefer our own water. We use reverse osmosis water. Some homes have high iron, calcium, etc., which can irritate some skin allergy dogs.
Why does mobile grooming cost more?
We come to your home or work. Mobile grooming allows the groomer to have a one-on-one grooming session. Your pet gets our undivided attention, is hand dried (so no cages) and brought back to your door step. We use only high quality shampoos that meet the needs of your dog's particular skin type, followed by a deep skin conditioning. We also dremel (electric filer) your dog's nails, so no "ruff" edges. Not to mention, the overhead that comes with a self-contained mobile unit that runs off gas!!!
Can I come in and watch while you groom?
Because of the size of the van and for insurance purposes, owners cannot be inside the van during grooming. You are welcome to watch from outside, unless your presence makes the dog hyper. Then we don't want to risk injury to the dog.
